We will get back to you within 24hr to confirm if the unit is available on your selected date. If it is not available, we will offer you an alternate condo of the same size, if available, or will let you know what is available on your requested dates.

After we have confirmed your booking, a security deposit will be needed to secure your reservation. This will be refunded on your check-out, minus any deductions required.

Our building has a total of 3 elevators and 520 condo units. It is also suitable for wheelchairs. There is a swimming pool with a restaurant, bar. On the ground floor, there is a laundry, shop, restaurant, travel agent and 2 bars.

We are a few minutes walk to Pattaya beach, a short taxi drive to Jomtien beach, a short walk to all types of nightlife.

The world known Walking Street is 5 minutes walk away.

Supermarkets, banks, money changers, Thai markets & temple are all next to the condo.

This is one of the best locations in Pattaya, as most things needed to enjoy your holiday, are within walking distance. 

We can arrange a car to pick you up at the airport and to take you back at the end of your stay, for 1,200 baht each way.
