We have our own workforce and we undertake, construction, refurbishment and maintenance work of all types.

We can completely refurbish your condo, to what ever you would like it to look like. Or we can plan it for you and submit for your approval. 

Or if you have more than one next to each other and want to make them into one, we can do it, to your design, or again,we can plan it and submit for your approval.

Besides the condos, we have been doing house renovations, bar conversions and renovations.

What ever, your requirement is, we will let you know if we can take on the task.

On your request we will give you a cost estimate and a time frame for the work requested.

You can give us your plans, of what you want to do, or give us the idea of what you would like and we will draw up a plan and submit it to you, for your approval or change.

We also do maintenance work of all kinds, electrical, AC, windows, doors, plumbing, painting Etc.

All and any type of work will be undertaken, by us and I am sure it will be to your satisfaction.
